Allerfree is an American Revolution inspired restaurant that serves classic American food, all free of the top 8 food allergens. Eating out can be difficult for people with food allergies, so I created an allergy-friendly menu of foods that are often made with eggs, dairy, soy, and other allergens. I also created a line of in-house gluten-free beer. the restaurant’s website explains what “Top 8” means and why they strive to provide safe and delicious food for everyone. “Food equality for all!”
